The connection of past and present in the house’s architecture is also reflected in our philosophy of gastronomy. The menu is the perfect blend of traditional Hungarian and international meals as well as tastes from our neighbouring countries. We try to use more and more local ingredients to prepare fine and home-style-taste dishes.  The Tiszavirág Restaurant is the best restaurant of Szeged according to Gault&Millau 2016 restaurant and hotel guide.  Our guests are welcomed by informal and friendly staff. The bar – accessible from the street – has a great variety of carefully selected wines and a choice of cocktails that will accompany a relaxed conversation.
