CHECK-IN
Rooms are available after 14:00 on the day of arrival. Early check-in is available upon request, depending on availability and pension confirmation.
CHECK-OUT
Rooms should be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
LUGGAGE STORAGE AND DELIVERY
If you would like to use our luggage storage service, please inform our reception staff. We provide luggage storage in a lockable room. At the guest’s request, the staff can deliver the guest’s luggage to their room upon arrival or take it from the room upon departure.
SMOKING
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the rooms and indoor areas of Tiszavirág! The rooms are equipped with smoke detectors; in the event of activation, a damage fee will be charged. If you still wish to smoke, please use the designated area on our terrace.
WAKE-UP CALL
If you wish to use a wake-up call service, please inform the reception, and our staff will be happy to assist you.

RESTAURANT & BAR & CAFÉ

The café, located in the former hat shop, welcomes both locals and pension guests early in the morning. You can start your day with our in-house roasted coffee, freshly made sandwiches, and classic breakfast dishes.
From Monday to Sunday, between 12:00 and 15:00, a lunch menu is available, and main courses can also be selected from our café’s à la carte menu.
PAYMENT METHOD
In our pension you can pay with cash (HUF) and by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, SZÉP card). Our prices do not include the tourist tax.
BATHROOM AMENITIES
Bathroom toiletries are made from organic ingredients. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, bathrobe, towels, slippers, and a mirror. For additional hygiene products, please contact our reception staff.
MEDICINE
Basic medicines and a thermometer are available upon request. For assistance, please contact our reception staff.
PETS
We regret that pets are not allowed on the premises (in any service area).
INTERNET
Wireless internet is available throughout Tiszavirág, with a WIFI code accessible at the reception and in the rooms.
KEY
Please leave your room key at the reception when you leave.
AIR CONDITIONING
An air conditioning system ensures fresh air and a comfortable temperature in the rooms. If you wish to adjust the temperature, you can do so using the control unit located in the rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can be made without a penalty up to 72 hours before arrival; otherwise, the first night’s rate will be charged.
MINIBAR
All rooms are equipped with a minibar. Please settle the minibar bill upon departure.
PARKING
Parking is available on Hajnóczy Street for a fee on weekdays, and free on weekends and holidays. Additional parking spaces are available for our pension guests in the underground car park on Bolyai János Street, 300 meters from Tiszavirág, which is free of charge. RECEPTION
Our 24-hour reception service ensures our guests’ comfort and tranquility.
PRIVATE ROOM
Our pension has a private room that can accommodate up to 35 people. Our staff is happy to assist with organizing various events, receptions, business breakfasts, and family or friend gatherings. In addition to the necessary technical equipment, we can also serve coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water, sweet and savory pastries upon request.
SPA
On the basement level, guests can relax and recharge in a traditional Finnish sauna, steam cabin, sea climate room, and tepidarium. The listed wellness services are included in the room rate.

SAFE
Each room has a safe. Before using it, please carefully read the user manual located next to the safe. We are not responsible for items left outside the safe, so please use this service to secure your valuables.
ROOMS
The following room types are available at Tiszavirág:
Standard Double Room – Our double rooms have one double bed for two people, with a bathroom equipped with a shower or bathtub for comfort. An extra bed is available upon request. Several rooms can also be interconnected.
Suite – The suite features a double bed, shower, a freestanding bathtub, a pull-out sofa, and a sitting area. It can accommodate a maximum of 2+2 people with an extra bed.
Accessible Room – The house also has a special room for people with reduced mobility, with an accessible bathroom. The room is easily accessible by elevator.
HOUSEKEEPING
Rooms are cleaned daily. If you wish to reuse your towel (and protect our environment), please hang it on the bathroom rack. Towels are changed every three days or more frequently upon guest request. Bed linen is changed twice a week, or more often upon request.
PHONE
The phones in the rooms cannot be used to make external calls. External calls can be made from the reception if required.

TELEVISION
Each room has an 81 cm flat-screen television with Hungarian and international channels. Radio broadcasts are also available on the televisions.
LAUNDRY
For laundry services, please consult our reception staff. The service is available from Monday to Saturday.
